Mnemonid is a service that lets you create and publish a personal page at an address like mnemonid.com/yourname. Provider: Filippo Pilotta (SKYNETLAB), Via Cavour 25, 24046 Osio Sotto (BG), Italy.
The personal page and the address book are free for individuals. Professionals can activate the Professional plan, yearly at €99 (VAT included), which makes their page visible in the professionals directory search; the plan renews automatically unless cancelled. Each account entitles you to one page.
You can cancel the Professional plan at any time; it remains valid until the end of the paid period. If not renewed, the page leaves the directory search and stays online as a free personal page.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As this is a digital service activated immediately at your request, by activating it you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once provision has started.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Publishing unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights or the law, is forbidden. The provider may suspend or remove pages in breach.
The Mnemonid software and trademark belong to the provider. The content you publish remains yours.
The service is provided "as is". The provider works diligently to keep it available but is not liable for interruptions, malfunctions or data loss not attributable to its own fault.
Italian law applies. For non-consumers the courts of Bergamo have jurisdiction; consumers keep the courts of their place of residence. Contact: info@skynetlab.net.
Mnemonid is only for people aged 18 or over: by signing in you declare that you are. Do not publish data or images of minors on your page. If an account turns out to belong to a minor, the provider suspends it and proceeds as described in the privacy policy.
