1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Email, collected when the subscription is activated through the payment provider.
• Payment data (card, billing details): processed directly by Stripe. The controller does not store full card data.
• Content you publish on your page (name, photo, bio, links and, if you choose to publish it, your CV): it is public by nature and visible to anyone at the address you chose.
• Minimal technical data required to provide the service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service, manage the subscription and comply with tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).

4. Processors

Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure). Any transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies (mnid_lic, mn_sess, mn_lang) needed to keep subscribers signed in and remember the language. No profiling or tracking cookies are used and no consent banner is required.

6. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the subscription and for the periods required by law (e.g. tax documents). Published content stays online while the page is active.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@skynetlab.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).

8. The “Rubrica Mnemonid” app (Android)

If you use the Rubrica Mnemonid app, the following also applies.

• Sign-in email: if you choose to sign in (with an email code or a Google account) we process your email address to authenticate you and link your synced contacts to you. Signing in is optional: without it, the app works locally on your device only.
• Personal address book: the Mnemonid page addresses you save, your groups and favourites. If you are signed in, this data is stored on our servers (Cloudflare infrastructure) for the sole purpose of syncing it across your devices; otherwise it stays on your phone only.
• Location: the “Near me” feature uses your approximate location on the device only, to derive your city name and filter directory results. Your location is never sent to our servers.
• No ads, no tracking: the app contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics or profiling tools.

Retention: the app sign-in token expires after 12 months; synced contacts are kept for as long as you use the service. You can sign out at any time from the app settings and request deletion of your synced data by writing to info@skynetlab.net.
