1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Email, used to sign in to your account (email link or Google account) and, if you activate the Professional plan, to manage the subscription through the payment provider.
• Age confirmation: the date on which you confirm you are at least 18 and the version of the Terms in force at that time.
• Payment data (card, billing details): processed directly by Stripe. The controller does not store full card data.
• Content you publish on your page (name, photo, bio, links and, if you choose to publish it, your CV): it is public by nature and visible to anyone at the address you chose.
• Minimal technical data required to provide the service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service, manage the subscription and comply with tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).

4. Processors

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure) and Resend (sending the sign-in link emails). Any transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses or the other safeguards provided by the GDPR. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your email address with us and processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies (mn_sess, mn_oauth, mn_rbk, mn_lang, mnid_lic) needed to keep you signed in, complete Google sign-in, open the address book offline, remember the language and, when active, link the subscription. No profiling or tracking cookies are used and no consent banner is required.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as you use the service; for the Professional plan, also for the periods required by law (e.g. tax documents). Published content stays online while the page is active.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@skynetlab.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).

8. The Mnemonid address book

If you use the address book, the following also applies. The Android app of the address book is no longer available: the address book runs on the website and can be installed on phone and computer.

• Sign-in email: if you choose to sign in (with an email code or a Google account) we process your email address to authenticate you and link your synced contacts to you. The address book requires signing in.
• Personal address book: the Mnemonid page addresses you save, your groups and favourites. If you are signed in, this data is stored on our servers (Cloudflare infrastructure) for the sole purpose of showing it to you and syncing it across your devices.
• Approximate city: for the "Near me" feature the address book asks the server for your city name, derived from the IP address of the request. It is not stored.
• No ads, no tracking: the address book contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics or profiling tools.

Retention: synced contacts are kept for as long as you use the service. You can sign out at any time and request deletion of your synced data by writing to info@skynetlab.net.

9. Minors

Mnemonid is only for people aged 18 or over and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe an account belongs to a minor, write to info@skynetlab.net: we immediately suspend the page and the account, ask for proof of age within 14 days and, if none arrives, delete the data (except what the law requires us to keep) and refund any Professional plan.
